Information and Referral

OSCIL operates an active Information and Referral program which provides consumers and their families, service providers, and the community-at-large with information on a wide array of community resources and disability services.  As a way to update consumers and service providers with information on disability issues, OSCIL publishes a quarterly newsletter, SIGNS OF INDEPENDENCE.
