Note: Interpreter Requests with less than 2 weeks' notice are very unlikely to be fulfilled. Please request as early as possible as there is a shortage in Rhode Island.

1-3 Sentence Description of event, circumstances of request, expectations of the translator, number of presenters, topic/focus of event, how much speaking/interaction will take place, will there be scheduled interpreter breaks, etc. The more information you can provide, the better we can try and determine number of interpreters needed and secure reservations, so please be as specific as possible.
